BusPilot Driver is a work app for coach and bus drivers on multi-day tours. Before departure, import a supported itinerary and check each day. During the trip, keep stops, journey records, vehicle details, fuel and expenses together. Afterwards, prepare separate company and guide settlements with supported PDF exports. Driver is for iPhone. TourLeader and Passenger collaboration is available through a separately arranged pilot.
No. Driver has its own work tools and settlements that work without a connected guide. TourLeader and Passenger add collaboration on tour; pilot access is arranged separately.
They receive a tour-specific QR from their guide and enter their first name, last name and phone number. No email or password is needed. Passenger shows the shared itinerary, map, group chat and guide-selected experiences. Viewing an experience is not a purchase or payment.
No. Sharing is optional and requires device permissions. Visibility depends on your role and connected tour. A personal subscription does not automatically give an employer access to your account or location.
Previously saved itineraries and local records may remain available. Messages, current locations, syncing and online maps need connectivity. BusPilot does not replace a tachograph or certified coach navigation.
